Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate efforts to meet objectives
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Engage stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with goals
Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics
Requirements
~ Minimum 4+ years clinical trial management experience at CRO or pharmaceutical organization
~ Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related field
~10+ years relevant clinical trial management experience
~ Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
~ Experience managing complex or integral trials
~ Leadership skills with ability to motivate and empower team members
~ Strong operational execution and study delivery capabilities
