Danaher seeks a Payroll Manager for the EMEA region to oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries. The role involves leading a payroll team, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement across payroll cycles and systems.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing cycles for accuracy and timeliness across EMEA region
Lead and develop payroll team, overseeing capacity planning, performance, and hiring decisions
Conduct payroll audits, prepare audit documentation, and ensure compliance with country labor laws
Analyze payroll KPIs including error rates and processing times; identify trends and improvement opportunities
Coordinate with HR, Finance,



and IT teams on payroll reporting, system enhancements, and troubleshooting
Requirements
~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources
~7-9 years of payroll operations experience, or 3-5 years managing complex EMEA payrolls
~ CPP certification required
~ Proven team leadership and performance management capabilities
~ Strategic problem-solving skills with knowledge of tax and compliance implications
~ Fluency in English; additional European languages preferred
