- Provide technical support via phone and email; manage spare parts inventory and stock counts
- Document service activities through company systems; relocate or recondition installed devices as needed
- Report issues to Field Service Supervisor; complete training courses and assigned projects

Requirements
- Degree in electronic, mechanical, or biomedical engineering or equivalent
- Valid driving license and fluency in Spanish and English
- Proven field service track record with medical devices, preferably clinical analyzers
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and IT skills
- Willingness to travel within Iberia and occasionally internationally; adaptable schedule
