Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an Assistant Clinical Research Associate to support clinical trial operations remotely from Spain (Madrid or Barcelona). The role involves site preparedness, logistical coordination, document management, and remote monitoring activities across assigned projects in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
Complete site and study management activities including training, system orientation, and documentation
Support site preparedness, pre-study assessments, and coordinated investigator meetings
Review and verify electronic medical records, document collection, and regulatory document submission status
Manage study supply logistics, vendor qualifications, and system access requests for site staff
Perform remote monitoring reviews, reconciliation tasks,



and follow-up on missing clinical data
Requirements
~ Bachelor's degree in life science or related field, or registered nursing certification
~0–2 years of relevant experience in clinical research or related field
~ Knowledge of ICH GCP, medical terminology, and applicable regulations
~ Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn study-specific software systems
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
~ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
~ Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
