Siegfried seeks a Site Quality Head to lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments at their Barberà del Vallès facility. This leadership role manages regulatory compliance, departmental operations, budgets, and quality strategy while overseeing product safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage QA and QC departments ensuring GMP and ISO 13485 compliance
- Serve as primary contact for general quality matters and policy implementation
- Define, execute, and monitor annual departmental budget and resource allocation
- Act as Medical Devices Management Representative per ISO 13485 requirements
- Develop and oversee site quality strategy aligned with corporate objectives

Requirements
- Pharmacy degree required; MBA preferred
- Advanced proficiency in English and local language
- Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical CDMO environment
- Knowledge of FDA, MHRA, EMA, WHO, GxP, and ICH regulations
- Proven track record managing large teams and cross-functional operations
- Exposure to customer audits, regulatory inspections, and technology transfers
