Responsibilities
Perform system-level troubleshooting and maintenance on assigned medical equipment models
Communicate equipment status to end-users and managers; maintain customer satisfaction
Complete administrative tasks including preventive maintenance documentation and field reports
Support account sales activities, identify opportunities, and assist with customer training
Manage warranty and preventive maintenance contract costs and quality compliance
Requirements
Qualified technician or engineer with medical device experience
Technical analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with high quality standards
Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English
Valid driving license with active driving experience
