Field Service Engineer role based in the North Area of Spain, responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of diagnostic equipment at customer sites. Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair diagnostic products and IT solutions at customer sites
- Diagnose system failures and determine appropriate technical solutions
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher support levels or quality reporting
- Develop and manage customer service and product agreements
- Respond to customer support calls within assigned territory

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering, Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Multiple years of technical service experience in medical devices or regulated industries
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel more than 50% within Spain, including overnight stays
