Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair diagnostic products and IT solutions at customer sites
Diagnose system failures and determine appropriate technical solutions
Escalate complex technical issues to higher support levels or quality reporting
Develop and manage customer service and product agreements
Respond to customer support calls within assigned territory
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering, Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
Multiple years of technical service experience in medical devices or regulated industries
Fluent in English and Spanish
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to travel more than 50% within Spain, including overnight stays
