Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze service data from field reports, customer feedback, and equipment metrics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports visualizing service-related KPIs
- Identify patterns and opportunities for improvement in service delivery processes
- Assist in creating predictive models to forecast equipment failures and service needs
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel, SQL, Python, or R
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI (preferred)
- Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
