This developmental role combines technical training, clinical support, and sales activities over a two-year progression, requiring close collaboration with the Clinical Sales Manager and extensive field presence.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and training to surgical teams on da Vinci® Surgical System use
- Lead product demonstrations and in-service training for customers including OR staff and surgeons
- Support Clinical Sales Manager in achieving quarterly sales goals through demonstrations and selling activities
- Coordinate regional sales and marketing events to drive system awareness and procedure adoption
- Manage administrative tasks including sales reporting, expense submissions, and required online modules

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year sales or leadership experience
- Fluent in English and local language
- Strong work ethic and ambition
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in team environments
- Capacity for up to 70% travel and field presence
