Описание: The Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is a public sector institution that promotes and develops biomedical research, innovation and teaching at Vall d'Hebron University Hospital, the largest hospital in Barcelona and within the Catalan Institute of Health.Задачи- Coordinate and supervise the Talent Acquisition team of three professionals, ensuring efficient, compliant and high-quality recruitment delivery; - Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, support hiring managers, and ensure alignment with OTM-R principles, DEI commitments, and internal HR policies and procedures; - Monitor recruitment performance through KPIs, reporting, and quality controls, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement; - Contribute to employerbranding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen organisational visibility, reputation, and candidate experience; - Collaborate across Human Resources activities, supporting employee lifecycle processes, HR programmes, and people-related policies and initiatives; - Act as an HR partner to managers and employees,
