and translate them into concrete and actionable initiatives.- Structure projects by defining objectives, scope, workplans, stakeholders, resources, and KPIs.- Coordinate internal teams, shopping centres, suppliers, and specialised partners, ensuring projects progress according to plan and agreed objectives are met.- Drive pilot projects, analyse results, and define implementation and rollout models across the portfolio.- Review and enhance processes, working tools, reporting frameworks, and governance models within the department.- Analyse data and KPIs to generate insights and recommendations that support decision-making.- Identify relevant trends, solutions, suppliers, and best practices, facilitating their transfer and implementation across the portfolio.Professional Profile- Professional with at least 5 years of experience in consulting, transformation, strategy, Customer Experience, innovation, marketing, or project management.- Proven experience
