We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Specialist to join AsstrA in Spain, with a clear career path to the Country General Manager role. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to drive business growth, establish a strong market presence, and progressively take on broader leadership responsibilities.This role requires a strong focus on business growth, customer development and market expansion. The first priority will be to strengthen sales activity, develop new business opportunities and build a solid commercial pipeline. At the same time, you will be responsible for organizing and improving local business processes, team performance and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the business development strategy for Spain.- Actively drive sales growth and new customer acquisition.- Personally participate in key customer meetings, negotiations and strategic commercial activities.- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and business partners.- Build,
