Requisitos principales B2B SaaS experience
Team Lead experience in a Customer Experience context with a track record in retention and onboarding
Fluent in English and Italian
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Knowledge of the HR industry is valuable
