Revolution Medicines seeks a field-based Director Medical Liaison in Spain to establish and lead medical affairs activities for its oncology pipeline. The role involves developing medical strategy, building relationships with key opinion leaders, and ensuring scientific excellence across cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pre-launch medical affairs strategy and tactical plans for assigned products
- Establish relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and healthcare professionals across Spain
- Provide medical oversight and scientific input to cross-functional teams on regulatory compliance
- Plan and execute national medical meetings, symposia, and congress participation




- Support investigator-initiated trials and clinical research activities in collaboration with general teams

Requirements
- Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD); oncology experience strongly preferred
- 8-10 years medical affairs or related pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
- Strong understanding of oncology clinical development and treatment landscape
- Fluency in Spanish and English required for stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of German and EU regulatory frameworks for healthcare professional interactions
- Ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with key opinion leaders
