AstraZeneca seeks a Integral Study Manager for Cell Therapy Clinical Operations based in Barcelona to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, global cancer therapy clinical studies. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing external partners, and ensuring studies meet regulatory standards and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end study delivery from protocol development through archiving and regulatory compliance
- Prepare and manage delegated study documents including informed consent forms and clinical study agreements
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders including CROs, data management, regulatory, and quality assurance teams
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; manage study budgets and external provider invoicing




- Ensure all trial master file documents are complete, verified, and inspection-ready at all times

Requirements
- University degree in medical, biological sciences, or clinical research-related discipline
- Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical industry or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of clinical development processes and ICH/GCP guidelines
- Advanced project management and external service provider management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead collaboratively
