Responsibilities
- Lead clinical trial start-up activities and develop country and site distribution plans
- Oversee day-to-day site activation delivery ensuring compliance with sponsor timelines and regulatory standards
- Develop and execute comprehensive site activation plans for assigned projects
- Conduct sponsor communications including kick-off meetings, status calls, and project updates
- Optimize performance and team collaboration using project management capabilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences
- Minimum 5 years clinical research experience with focus on site start-up
- Strong project management and regulatory knowledge across multiple countries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work within tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel approximately 15% as required
- Legal right to work in Spain
