Responsibilities
- Drive process innovation across local Patient Safety areas in alignment with senior leadership
- Serve as primary contact for Global Patient Safety on local safety process matters
- Implement continuous improvement activities to optimize Patient Safety productivity and quality
- Oversee centralized adverse event handling model across markets and product portfolio




- Develop and deliver process training for assigned Patient Safety areas

Requirements
- Science degree or equivalent healthcare professional qualification
- Patient Safety experience in multi-country role or vendor management
- Current knowledge of international patient safety regulations
- Substantial market-level Patient Safety experience
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Innovative mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Desirable: pharmacovigilance vendor management or large change initiative experience
