Responsibilities
Perform preventive and remedial maintenance on assigned medical imaging equipment models
Execute system-level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems and provide technical solutions
Communicate equipment status to end-users and department managers; maintain customer satisfaction
Complete administrative tasks including field maintenance inspection reports and preventive maintenance documentation
Support account sales activities,



identify business opportunities, and assist with training and best practice sharing
Requirements
Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, or Biomedical Engineering Technology
Hands-on experience in electromedicine or healthcare imaging sector
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with systematic and thorough problem-solving approach
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and manage time effectively
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Fluent English language proficiency for training and communication
