Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director for Market Access HTA in Spain to develop and execute market access strategies for oncology products. The role involves managing HTA submissions, pricing negotiations, and stakeholder engagement with Spanish payers and health authorities to ensure patient access to innovative RAS-targeted therapies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market access strategies for oncology products within Spanish healthcare system
- Lead preparation of value dossiers and pricing negotiations with Ministry of Health and regional HTA bodies
- Build and maintain relationships with key payers, policy makers, and HTA stakeholders
- Translate clinical and economic evidence into targeted value communications for Spanish payers




- Collaborate with integral and EU teams to align local access strategy with European regulatory objectives

Requirements
- Expertise in market access, HTA, and pricing strategy in European healthcare systems
- Experience with HTA dossier development and payer negotiations in Spain or similar markets
- Strong understanding of Spanish reimbursement processes and regional healthcare regulations
- Proven ability to engage with payers, HTA bodies, and health authorities at national/regional levels
- Experience in oncology or specialty pharmaceuticals commercial strategy
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with global and regional commercial teams
