Responsibilities
- Provide global leadership for HCC data management and technology operations across all sectors and regions
- Modernize compliance data systems and analytics to enhance risk management and reporting capabilities
- Establish data governance frameworks and manage quality of compliance-related transactional and financial data
- Lead development of data analytics and predictive capabilities to detect anti-corruption and compliance risks




- Support global transparency reporting and partner with teams to maintain data quality standards

Requirements
- Senior leadership experience managing integral compliance or regulatory technology operations
- Expertise in data governance, data quality management, and compliance analytics
- Strong background in healthcare compliance, anti-corruption, or transparency reporting
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple regions
- Experience with compliance technology systems, data analytics, and automation
- Knowledge of FCPA, healthcare regulations, and data protection standards
