Abbott seeks a Sales and Therapy Specialist to drive commercial growth and therapy adoption of its Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion portfolio across Spain. The role combines clinical expertise with commercial development, partnering with cardiologists and hospital stakeholders to expand LAAO procedures and intracardiac echocardiography adoption.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support during LAAO procedures and serve as national clinical resource
Deliver product and therapy education to physicians and Cath Lab teams
Support physician training, procedural planning, and case reviews
Partner with regional sales teams on account development and LAAO sales objectives
Drive ICE adoption and imaging-guided workflow expansion across centers




Requirements
University degree in scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering, or technical discipline
Significant medical device industry experience with interventional cardiology procedures
Proven experience supporting LAAO procedures in clinical and commercial capacities
Experience in Cath Lab or Hybrid Operating Room environments
Knowledge of cardiac imaging workflows and procedural planning
Professional English proficiency and extensive travel capability throughout Spain
