Responsibilities
Maintain all equipment models specific to assigned medical imaging modality in designated area
Perform system-level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems and document findings
Communicate equipment status to end-users and department managers; maintain customer satisfaction
Complete administrative tasks timely including warranty documentation and preventive maintenance inspection records
Assist in sales visits,



identify business opportunities, and support account team growth initiatives
Requirements
Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, or Biomedical Engineering Technology
Experience in electromedicine or imaging within healthcare sector
Strong technical skills with systematic and thorough problem-solving approach
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Fluent English language proficiency for training and communication
Ability to plan and organize work independently with minimal direction
