Your Mission
Working in close coordination with the commercial lead for the Iberia market, the role will support the development and management of the company's business in Spain & Portugal across pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
The position will have a strong operational and customer-facing focus, contributing to the implementation of the commercial strategy, the management of existing business relationships, and the development of new commercial opportunities.



The role offers the opportunity to progressively take on broader responsibilities and develop within the commercial organization as the business evolves.

You will be responsible for:

• Manage and develop day-to-day relationships with distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, and pharmacy groups.

• Supportthe implementation of the commercial strategy and agreed business plans for the Spanish market.

• Follow up on customer activities, commercial opportunities, orders, and business development initiatives.

• Monitor sales performance and market developments, identifying opportunities and areas requiring attention.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and regular updates on commercial activities.

• Support the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings, commercial proposals, and negotiations.

• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and other internal functions to ensure effective customer management and high service l
