In this exciting Hybrid Sales Representative role, you will be responsible for developing and growing the Neurovascular business with both existing and new customers, in line with business guidelines and sales targets. You will manage the defined territory, covering Cataluña and Baleares,



while delivering strong commercial and clinical support that enhances Medtronic's reputation in the market. This remote position is expected to be based in or near Barcelona.
Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within the assigned territory and/or customer accounts to achieve or exceed sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage leads, and track commercial and marketing campaign activity within the territory
Conduct market analysis to monitor customer and competitor activity, maintain accurate market share data, and communicate customer feedback to internal teams including R&D;, Operations, and Marketing
Manage operational responsibilities, including field inventory reviews, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reporting, participation in sales and forecasting processes, and ongoing professional development
