Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Specialist for Site Contracts in Spain to manage clinical trial agreements, investigator budgets, and contract negotiations with sites and stakeholders. The role requires expertise in regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration within a integral CRO environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert on clinical trial agreement processes at country and site level
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize site contracts and investigator budgets
- Manage investigator budgets and serve as key liaison for contract communications
- Review and finalize clinical trial agreements for completeness and accuracy
- Resolve negotiation issues, escalate risks, and contribute to SOP improvements

Requirements




- 3–4 years senior site contracts experience or 5+ years in clinical research site contracting
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, science, or related field
- Mastery in negotiating complex clinical trial contracts with sites and vendors
- In-depth knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP, and local Spanish clinical trial regulations
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior contract specialists
- Strong cross-functional collaboration ability with legal, finance, and clinical teams
