Siegfried seeks a Global Partner for Talent Management, DEI, and Senior Recruitment to lead worldwide talent strategy, succession planning, and diversity initiatives. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent & Culture, this role shapes leadership pipelines and drives senior executive recruitment aligned with organizational strategy.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve general talent management strategy, frameworks, and succession planning processes
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy with measurable objectives and progress monitoring
- Conduct senior management and executive recruitment globally from search through appointment
- Develop strategic workforce planning connecting business strategy to capability requirements




- Build relationships with external senior talent and manage external search firm partnerships

Requirements
- Extensive experience in global talent management and succession planning
- Proven track record leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Senior-level recruitment experience, including executive search
- Strategic workforce planning and talent analytics expertise
- Strong stakeholder management with C-suite and HR leadership
- Knowledge of inclusive leadership and bias mitigation in talent decisions
