Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver global medical strategy and lifecycle management for lymphoma assets
- Lead medical indication teams and evidence generation strategy development and execution
- Represent medical vision in key internal governance forums and drive alignment across functions
- Oversee advisory board strategy, real-world evidence initiatives, and publications strategy
- Manage medical affairs budget and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
Requirements
- Master's degree in scientific discipline or equivalent medical/scientific qualifications
- Minimum 6 years senior experience in pharma, life sciences, or medical affairs
- Comprehensive understanding of drug development processes and regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience developing and executing medical plans with data interpretation skills
- Strong strategic influencing ability and cross-functional communication skills
- Expertise in product launches and large-market pharmaceutical brand management
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) preferred; 3+ years integral medical leadership experience preferred
