The role combines pre-sales demonstrations, hands-on training, and post-sales troubleshooting with significant travel across multiple scientific domains.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-sales and post-sales technical support through product demonstrations and customer training
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical consultation on qPCR and related technologies
- Support customers with data analysis, experimental design, and method development
- Collaborate with sales teams and cross-functional partners to meet customer and business objectives




- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while adapting support to diverse client needs

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on laboratory experience with qPCR technologies
- Experience in data analysis, experimental design, and method development
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and scientific communication skills
- Fluent French and professional English proficiency
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel 50-75% or more
