Responsibilities
Review code, enforce quality standards, and own architectural decisions for Clinical Trial Site and Investigator products
Write production-ready code for complex platform components and mentor engineers on technical challenges
Lead and develop multi-squad engineering teams, building technical leadership capability across the organization
Drive AI-assisted development adoption, evaluate AI capabilities, and ensure code quality standards are maintained
Partner with Product Owners, Managers,



and clinical stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Requirements
~8+ years professional software engineering experience delivering production systems
~3+ years leading engineering teams while maintaining hands-on development involvement
~ Deep expertise in React, React Native, Node.js, Java, or AWS Cloud Services
~ Strong architectural leadership across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
~ Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude
~ Proficiency with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
