PCI Pharma Services seeks an IT Helpdesk Specialist in Leon, Spain to provide technical support for IT products and services across the organization. The role involves desktop and mobile device setup, troubleshooting, ticket management, and cross-team collaboration within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer technical questions and troubleshoot IT hardware and software problems for users
- Configure and deploy computers, operating systems, updates, antivirus, and network settings
- Perform iPhone setup and resolve iOS-related issues
- Log incidents and service requests in ITSM system and document resolutions
- Escalate complex technical issues to specialized teams and verify problem resolution

Requirements
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths
- Degree or equivalent in IT or technology field
- Demonstrated experience supporting desktop-based systems
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems and software
- iPhone setup and iOS troubleshooting capability
- Desktop certifications preferred
- Understanding of GMP practices desirable
