Specifically, you will wash, peel, and cut ingredients, execute simple menu preparations according to technical recipe sheets, safeguard the cold chain in storage chambers, and enforce strict food safety and hygiene protocols.

Your primary goal involves driving culinary efficiency and presentation consistency across our resort’s dining operations. To achieve this, you will execute essential preparation tasks and station support under the guidance of line cooks and head chefs. At the same time, you will keep food storage chambers organized and hygiene standards immaculate. Therefore, you will handle ingredient prep, support buffet setup and disassembly, preserve the cold chain, and track kitchen shrinkage. As a result, you will eliminate service delays and protect our resort’s reputation for luxury gastronomy.
