Are you passionate about cooking and looking for a meaningful role in the culinary field in Mallorca? An established private healthcare organisation in Palma is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join its team. In this position, you will work closely with the head chef and the kitchen team to prepare approximately 200 daily menus, ensuring high quality and strict safety standards in an organized environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the daily mise en place and food prep
- Regenerating food items, cutting, peeling, and preparing ingredients
- Applying HACCP (APPCC) hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Collaborating side by side with the head chef and fellow kitchen staff
- Helping to produce 200 daily meals smoothly and efficiently

What you bring to the role:




- Formal culinary training and/or at least 12 months of proven kitchen experience
- Solid understanding and practical application of HACCP food safety guidelines
- Reliability, attention to detail, and great teamwork skills
- Flexibility to adapt to kitchen shifts in a healthcare setting

What is offered:
- A temporary employment contract covering a long-term leave
- A gross monthly salary of €1,708 plus applicable bonuses
- Clear shift schedules: 07:00 to 14:30 or 14:00 to 21:30, with two scheduled days off per week
