We are a family of 4. Dont have help/family near. So we need babisitter in the evenings once a week - sometimes on weekend. To have a date/theatre etc. also sometimes i stay for a week alone with kids and i might need a help with kids on a daily basis. Its perfect if babysitter has expierience in kindergarden or preschool. Its cool if babysitter is proactive, can put kids asleep or bath them, make them food. Also if person can cook/clean/drive or do groceries its discussed and paid separete.
