The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Sourcing & Procurement practice. This is a senior client-facing role that combines deep functional procurement expertise with a strong business development mindset.
The successful candidate will lead complex client engagements across Spend Optimization and Procurement Reinvention, develop relationships at C-level,



and actively contribute to the growth of the practice — ideally bringing an existing network in the Resources sector (Utilities, Oil & Gas).
What You Will Do
Client Delivery & Functional Leadership Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements, covering spend analysis, sourcing strategy, category management, supplier performance, and operating model design.
Deploy Spend Optimization solutions (SG&A; and COGS) and Procurement Reinvention programs, including AI-first operating model design, process redesign, and ecosystem integration (SAP/Ariba, Coupa, i Valua, i Certis). Oversee the design and implementation of Supplier 360 and procurement analytics dashboards to enable client visibility and insight-driven decision-making.
Drive value realization through outcome-based commercial models, with a track record of delivering measurable results (cost savings, supplier reduction, compliance improvement). Business Development & Clien
