- 8+ years in a digital planning/management role
- Bachelor in Advertising, Marketing, or Communication
- Strong strategic thinking and tactical skills with media planning tools
- Proven success managing integral or regional accounts across EMEA, APAC, or NA
- Advanced English (C1)
- Experience in multimedia digital campaigns focusing on performance marketing
- Familiarity with Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Google Analytics; understanding pricing models (CPA, CPL, CPI) and metrics (ROI, ROAS, CR, AOV)
