Legal Counsel – Consumer Law (Hybrid)
We are looking for Legal Counsel to join our Business Legal team in Barcelona .Your focus will be consumer law across major European jurisdictions, with a focus on Spain, Germany, France, Italy and the UK. Advise on current consumer law and the application of same across our websites in our products, content and services, including in particular our travel subscription programme;
Liaise with internal stakeholders and business teams to ensure that legal concepts are communicated clearly, and legal frameworks are incorporated into business practices;
Contribute to the legal team's precedent bank in the creation and maintenance of internal Know How and guidance documents;
Provide training to other team members and business stakeholder
Manage outside legal counsel (including working to budget allowances);
Provide support to other members of the legal team, and to business teams, on an as-needed basis;
Degree in Law with qualification to practice law in a European jurisdiction (
