* We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a strong background in personnel administration, payroll coordination, and employee relations to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function and serve as the local liaison with the HR department of the company's international group.
Reporting directly to the Finance & Human Resources Director,



this role is highly operational in nature and offers a high degree of autonomy in managing core HR administration processes.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between employees, management, external payroll and labor advisors, and the corporate HR team within an international and growing organization.
Payroll & Personnel Administration Review monthly payroll data, ensuring accuracy of salary components, variable compensation, payroll adjustments, deductions, social security contributions, absences, vacations, and other payroll-related items.
Coordinate closely with the external payroll provider, ensuring all relevant information is submitted accurately and on time.
Prepare and review employment contracts, contract amendments, and employment-related documentation.
Coordinate voluntary resignations, contract terminations, dismissals, severance payments, and settlement documentat
