We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our 3D manufacturing software team. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of complex 3D applications that drive cutting-edge innovations in engineering and manufacturing.
This is a complex process that requires an innovative way of thinking when it comes to something that hasn't been done before.
Own the quality strategy for business-critical 3D/CAD/CAM software products and drive quality initiatives across multiple projects.
Define test approaches, quality gates, and success criteria for complex software releases.
Design, review, and improve test strategies, test plans, and test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
Lead testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution,



monitoring, and reporting.
Verify the correctness, reliability, and performance of geometry-intensive software workflows used in digital manufacturing.
Analyze complex software behavior, investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution of quality issues.
Build and maintain scalable test automation solutions using Python and modern testing frameworks.
Drive quality engineering practices within CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve automation coverage.
Conduct functional, integration, system, performance, and hardware-software validation testing.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, and Architects to clarify requirements, identify risks, and ensure product quality from early design through release.
Mentor QA engineers, promote testing best practices, and contribute to the evolution of the team's quality culture.
