We're looking for a Tech Lead who wants to build great software and great engineering teams. You'll join early enough to shape the architecture,



standards and culture at a stage where customer demand already creates real engineering challenges.
We're not looking for a full‐time manager who has stepped away from the code, nor for a senior engineer who wants to stay heads‐down. AI is changing how we build software, and we're leaning into that shift aggressively. We use AI extensively across the engineering workflow, not just to write code faster, but to rethink how engineers design, build, test, debug, and ship. What you'll own Technical direction: make architecture decisions and technical trade-offs across high‐throughput backend workflows, integrations, AI‐powered features and web experiences
Engineering standards: define and raise the bar on code quality, code reviews, testing, observability and reliability
Product partnership: work closely with Product and Design to shape the roadmap, scope work realistically and balance speed with long‐term quality
