ADP is hiring an experienced Digital Sales Team Manager who is fluent in Dutch.

Demonstrated 1-3 year experience managing a sales team.
Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office
Fluent in Dutch and English
Modern selling skills – having a track record combining sales technology and AI-driven tools and data insights to drive pipelines and revenue.

Business-to-business sales experience with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills,
prospecting, and territory management

Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style
