As Product Owner at SEAT Code you will be working with a prioritized roadmap, collaborating closely with your agile team and relevant stakeholders to ensure that objectives are broken down into deliverable tasks and that the backlog reflects the product vision and goals. Act as the point of contact for the agile team, bridging the gap between stakeholders and the team.
Break down high-level objectives into actionable and deliverable tasks in collaboration with the agile team.
Regularly refine and update the backlog based on evolving requirements, stakeholder feedback, and data.




Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Promote an agile mindset and support the team in adopting best practices for collaboration and delivery.
Leverage an analytical mindset and use data and evidence to support your arguments and decisions.

Experience as a Product Owner or Digital Project Manager in Agile or Lean environments.
Be a role model of agile working and innovation.
Fluent in both German and Spanish.
