Avance Consulting is seeking a strong Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable products and collaborating with Product and Design teams. This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you will own features end-to-end—from technical design to development, testing, and delivery. Youll work on backend Go and frontend React features, design reliable services, participate in code reviews, and operate in an Agile/Scrum environment with an engineering team.
