Software Engineer II Location: Malvern, PA

As a Software Engineer II, you will design and implement features across the full application stack, contributing to both modern, responsive user interfaces and robust, scalable server-side systems built on Microsoft.NET.
You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and fellow engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions—from translating business requirements into clean APIs and services, to building intuitive front-end experiences that bring those capabilities to life.
1150 Atwater Drive, Malvern, PA 19355. This is a hybrid position and will be required to be in office 3 to 4 days per week.
Understand what the business is asking for and why, turn it into something the team can build and test, and explain the tradeoffs in plain words to Product Owners and other non-technical people.
Define what each change needs to do, including expected behavior, failure cases, and constraints, before directing AI tools to build it.
Choose the simplest design that meets the need,



placing logic and data in the layer where they belong rather than adding layers by default.
Break features into small, well-scoped changes that can be built, reviewed, and tested independently.
Use AI development tools, including Cursor or Claude Code, to plan, generate, and refine code across the full application stack.
Review and iterate on AI-generated output until it meets requirements, coding standards, and security expectations.
Quality, Testing & Review
Test failure paths as well as success paths, and provide evidence of results with each change.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as an active Agile team member.
Gives and receives clear, constructive technical feedback without making it personal.
Takes ownership of product outcomes and holds teams accountable to quality and timelines.
