Workster is partnering with a leading general customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Technical Support Advisors for an on-site role in Barcelona . You will support dealers and end users, delivering high-quality technical assistance while contributing to a positive and professional customer experience.
Ensure service quality, professionalism, and adherence to support procedures
Fluent or bilingual German (C1/C2) with advanced English
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week)
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
