ORTH is an AI-powered agronomic advisor used by 300,000+ growers and agronomists across Spain, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, United States... Every day, thousands of farmers open the app in the field to diagnose a problem, check a recommendation or manage their plots. Behind every one of those sessions is a person with a story, a tomato grower in Almería, an avocado producer in Michoacán, a cooperative agronomist in Piura. Almost nobody is telling those stories. That's your job.
The role You'll own ORTH's social media, and the heart of it is real content from real users. Not stock photos, not polished corporate video: farmers on their land, in their own words, showing how they work and how ORTH fits into it.
That means getting out of the office. You'll find the users with the best stories, contact them, travel to meet them, record them, and turn what you capture into content that runs across our channels. You'll work directly with the growth team and have full ownership of the calendar, the channels and the community.




We care much more about your instinct for a good story and your willingness to get your boots dirty than about years on your CV.
What you'll do Find the stories. Work with our data and lifecycle team to identify active, engaged users; reach out to them by WhatsApp, phone and in-app; build relationships with the ones who want to be featured.
Go to the field. Travel regularly across Spain (and periodically to Latin America) to visit farms, cooperatives and agribusinesses. Meet users, interview them, record video and photo on site.
Produce the content. Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), photo stories and written testimonials. Fast, authentic, mobile-first - quality of story over production polish.
Run our social channels. Own the content calendar and daily publishing on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook. Adapt formats and tone per channel and per market.
Build the community. Reply to comments and messages,
