Key responsibilities and duties * Manage the development, design, delivery, and handover of built environment and infrastructure projects. * Apply and follow project governance protocols. * Develop and maintain a project management plan, ensuring projects are scoped to agreed objectives. * Identify and deliver project deliverables, ensuring cost, time, and quality parameters are achieved. * Coordinate with the H&S;&W; and CDM representatives to ensure health and safety compliance. * Establish stakeholder and communication management processes, including mapping and reporting with statutory and technical assurance bodies. * Collaborate with commercial, procurement, and project control functions to deliver projects within agreed parameters. * Assess resource and competence levels of supply chain teams,



taking required actions to ensure performance. * Administer NEC contracts for professionals and contractors, ensuring contractually successful outcomes.
