business informatics or comparable qualification * Several years of experience in the administration of SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. EC, REC, P&G;) * Good knowledge of IT architecture, network technologies and security concepts (e.g. SSO, encryption, access control) * Experience with IT security standards and their practical implementation * Desirable: knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its integration options (e.g. SAP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware) * Analytical thinking and the ability to understand and optimize complex system relationships * Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and a structured way of working paired with excellent written and spoken English.
