Your mission Location: Madrid Main Responsibilities * Project Deployment & Commissioning o Assist engineers in on‑site installation, configuration, and basic testing of AMR systems. o Support setup of navigation maps, charging stations, and system parameters. o Help with basic system integration tasks under guidance. * Technical Support & Troubleshooting o Assist in diagnosing basic hardware, software, and network issues. o Help monitor system alerts and identify common problems. o Support documentation of issues and follow‑up actions. * Customer Training & Documentation o Support preparation of training materials and user documents. o Assist in delivering basic system operation guidance to customers. o Help update manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. * Operations Monitoring o Assist in tracking system performance (e.g., uptime, battery status). o Support routine checks and reporting. o Help identify simple improvement opportunities.



* Team Collaboration o Work with local service teams and engineers to support project needs. o Assist in organizing feedback and project information. o Support coordination tasks when needed. Your profile * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering (e.g., Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields). * Basic interest or exposure to robotics, automation, or technical systems. * Good communication skills and willingness to learn. * Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team. * Fluency in Spanish (English is a plus).
