Aqualia, a leading company in the water sector, is seeking a Project Technical Office Manager to ensure the proper technical, documentary, contractual, and economic management of complex projects, with a particular focus on EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts for desalination plants, guaranteeing compliance with scope, quality, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities * Lead the Technical Office throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective coordination between engineering, construction, commissioning, and project controls teams. * Review and coordinate engineering deliverables, construction documentation, technical submittals, and RFIs. * Manage technical interfaces between internal teams, clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Support the development and control of project schedules, monitor critical path activities,



and coordinate recovery plans when required. * Review quantities, measurements, productivity indicators, and cost performance to support project financial objectives. * Manage technical aspects of change orders, variations, claims, and contractual compliance. * Ensure effective document control processes, including revision management, approvals, quality records, and as-built documentation. * Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM activities and support the implementation of digital construction methodologies. * Provide technical oversight for major water infrastructure facilities, including treatment plants, pumping stations, transmission systems, and desalination facilities. Requirements Required Degree: Primarily Civil or Industrial Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Hydraulics. PMP Certification is desirable.
